This procedure involves injecting a mixture of sterile saline, local anesthetic, and steroid into the shoulder joint capsule to reduce inflammation and improve movement. The saline solution is injected until the capsule bursts, breaking up scar tissue that causes stiffness. The pressure from the fluid stretches the adhesions to the breaking point, which can often be seen under ultras
