Boss Katana Gen 3 - The Steel Guitar Forum
2008年7月24日 · After purchasing a Katana Artist 100 gen II a year and some ago I fought with the download process and became thoroughly disgusted with it. Almost trashing it. My grandson did the download and I became interested in it again. I found that to me the download was not that important. I changed the speaker to a TT 12 which was a big improvement.
Katana amps - The Steel Guitar Forum
2009年10月31日 · Luckily, once you have your patches set up, you don’t have to mess with either of those too much. The cabinet seems pretty well built to me. Hopefully the software and circuitry are solid. But, something’s bound to go glitchy if it gets jostled around on the road for years. The first Katana’s are only what, 5-6 years old now?
hook up Katana 100 amp : The Steel Guitar Forum
2025年1月19日 · Katana line out is -10db and 1k ohm low impedance. Hook the line out to PA using a TRS 1/4 cable. You can get a 1/4 TRS to XLR cable or whatever your PA input needs. I have used the line out to another powered speaker or combo amp effects loop input for a bigger spread of sound.
Katana in CPM 3V: Forge or stock reduction? - BladeForums.com
2010年8月23日 · I’m making a non-traditional katana-style sword from CPM 3V and my priority is to make the blade as STRONG as possible. For strength and cutting power, I’m planning on a extra-wide 2” blade. I’m wondering if I should start with a 2” wide piece of bar stock and create the curve in the blade by...
katana grind - BladeForums.com
2005年5月3日 · A question or request for suggestions about the cross section (basic grind) of a katana. @stacy I started grinding the bevels on my katana yesterday. 36" OAL, 27" blade, 3/16" CPM 3V, pure stock removal. I had previously done the profiling and now started the bevels. I started cautiously with...
CPM-3V vs M4 vs K390 for Katana?? - BladeForums.com
2014年8月27日 · In blade competitions the blade length is limited to 10 inches which makes them less prone to damage and they are inherently easier to use unlike much larger katana. So, unless you are very good or the maker compensate the lack of edge durability (or user incompetence) with a thicker cutting geometry, I would suggest to go for much simpler ...

2020年7月17日 · I can carry the Katana 100 combo and my Mustang 111 v2 and cover all I want with either one for both steel and guitar. I'm trying my best to get the Tonemaster Twin in a happy place for both but it requires some extra outboard gear I want to eliminate. I went through the same feelings as you on the Katana and the Mustang until I found the sweet ...
Boss 100 watt Katana Amp : The Steel Guitar Forum
2018年3月3日 · Been using the Katana 100 for almost a year now and love its lightweight and flexibility going back and forth with Steel and guitar during gig (I use the footswitch to change EQs when changing instruments). Last weekend I decided to bring my Nashville 112 back out for a gig to see if the steel tone truly was better. I hated it all night ...

2021年12月4日 · With modeling systems, I have learned that “clean” is a relative term, as it probably should be. The Katana is very workable in that regard.
