Most of the merch is sold on pallets so when a pallet is low, the stocker will take out the old pallet and replace it with a new one, then hand stack the low pallet onto the new pallet. All that said, any able-bodied person should have no problem doing this shift.

2022年8月31日 · Fellow Costco employee here too! I’m part of the morning merchandising team (AM stocker), part time and come in at 4am Saturdays and Mondays while the other days is 5am. Thing I like about being part time is your flexibility if you want to stay for a full 8 or not. Morning stocking is not easy as I admit.

When I was a stocker I was printing hot sheets, coming up with moves for hot/new items and executing them and getting the mandatorys from my manager so I can knock those out as well.

2024年3月19日 · If you work days, as far as I know it's 5 hours of stocking from 5-10 AM. My store seems to have a hard time staffing positions, I'm in a relatively new warehouse and the 18.50 they offer isn't a good wage for the area. I declined the benefits and will eventually move on from Costco because the work environment isn't really for me.

In the last 10 mmonths I've gone from being around 310lbs to now being 245lbs which has given me a lot of confidence when it comes to my ability to work in a way that exceeds expectations but I've been told that I need to get faster amnd be more efficient.

2024年3月16日 · If you want to stock, no. If you work on the front end (where the registers are) as a new hire you will be closing nearly every shift. I would recommend starting on morning crew. Especially if you can get over waking up early. I went to school in my early Costco career and it was beneficial to me to work morning crew.
