Harrisburg, PA – Today, Governor Josh Shapiro announced he is nominating Wendy Spicher to be Secretary of Banking and Securities. Spicher has previously served the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities (DOBS) as Interim Acting Secretary and Deputy Secretary for Depository Institutions.
