He was able to get a living trust and will together to leave his house & finances. My brother currently lives in Japan so it's been a struggle to figure everything out.

Honestly my first reaction is that its wrong on so may levels. but in the end as long as you have no emotional/psychological problems then i can't say anything other than, I'm happy you're OK. as long as your doing good and living a normal life and still love your father than i can't really judge you for anything.
