2020年6月30日 · My cousin, brother and myself were fortunate enough to draw Wyoming non-resident area 68 antelope buck tags this year. I have hunted a different area in Wyoming with an outfitter a few years back and was successful. Since this area has plenty of BLM land we were thinking about a DIY hunt especially since we drew as a group.

2010年11月14日 · Where were the bull elk in Wyoming Area100 in 2012? The published success rate was 80.6% based on harvest surveys and sampling. I find this hard to believe. I hunted Steamboat Rim/Mountain, Essex Mountain, Oregon Buttes, Boar's Tusk, Jack Morrow Hills, etc. After 7 days, I finally saw antler: 2 raghorns and a 5x5 that was 3 or 4 years old.

2015年5月3日 · I have 8 pts to burn on a Type 9 elk hunt in WY. I'm leaning towards Area 38 vs 45. Seems to me, most the older class bulls would be up high in the wilderness Area in 45. Is this thinking correct? I'm a solo non-resident hunter. Also, any one know a packer who would help in Area 38 if I was lucky enough to get a bull down in a remote location?

2011年3月1日 · The wyoming Dow shows over 90% success rate in this unit. I know it is mostly private, but I can't believe that with over 20 thousand area to hunt I can't find a few does and small bucks. I'm not looking for a trophy, I just want to go.

2019年1月22日 · The hunt area has a significant amount of public land but for the most part access is controlled by surrounding private landowners. Public access is limited to accessible lands around the edge of the hunt area. No public roads access the sizeable blocks of BLM and Wyoming State Trust lands located in the interior of the hunt area.
