Each of our state parks is an individual place where people play, picnic, camp, explore, hike, rest, and renew. They are an everyday reminder of the things that make Oregon great. We recognize that Oregon's resilience and beauty are strengthened by its diverse communities.

Reservations are accepted at most campgrounds and at parks with reservable group day-use facilities. While reservations are not required to camp, they are recommended because sites and facilities fill quickly. Other things to know: Same-day online reservations now available statewide as of Jan. 1, 2024.

2024年12月17日 · Oregon State Parks is exploring ways to improve access to state parks, and one of the ways we are improving access is to ensure visitors can reserve accessible primitive, tent and RV sites 24/7 online starting Jan. 1, 2025.

Oregon State Parks offers more than 50 campgrounds across the state. While the majority of campgrounds accept reservations for campsites, some campgrounds are first-come, first-served seasonally or year-round.

Of the hundreds of day-use parks in the Oregon state park system, 25 parks charge a day-use parking fee. See a list of all parking fee parks and a larger map or select the box to the left of the title in the map below.

We offer free camping and free parking at day-use fee parks to these groups: U.S. veterans with any level of service-connected disability; Active duty U.S. military on official leave; These benefits are handled in slightly different ways.
