2023年8月30日 · After searching for a while, I found the "Daily Work Schedule" Excel template that is the closest to the solution I had in mind. However, as it is a template, it's not *exactly* what I'm looking for and think it would be perfect with a few minor tweaks.

On the Event Scheduler you just input your dates, times and events (columns E, F and G), entering them on the first empty row.

First, we would like to convey that there is no way to change the default Excel template. However, we can edit this template and Save it to custom template. Now it’s focusing on the template, all the formulas are calculated based on the name of the weekday, so we can just change the name order and it won’t affect any default formal.

2016年3月3日 · I have been working with the Daily Schedule and Student Schedule templates provided in Excel but have not had any luck getting the results I need. I would like to use the Daily Schedule as the main template but would like to be able to have the information pull in the same way it does on the Student Schedule.

It stores it as a decimal number where the integer portion on the left of a decimal represents the number of days since January 1, 1900, and the decimal portion represents the portion of the current day that has passed. So for a calculated 8 hours of work (in column D), Excel actually stores the value 0.33, and .33*24 hours = 8 hours.

If you want to check the data in Class Schedule, you have to copy the data to that sheet. However, you can check the schedule in Class List sheet directly.
