BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — Gov. Kay Ivey will deliver her annual state of the state address to the Alabama Legislature next week. Ivey, who has served as governor of Alabama since former Gov. Robert Bentley stepped down in 2017, will give the speech in the Old House Chamber of the Capitol Building.
