The dynamics of the theory are determined from the non-relativistic P (X) superfluid Lagrangian density which models MOND phenomenology when coupled to baryons on galactic scale. We look at two different cases; first, a cosmic string passing through an already condensed region, and second, through a region that is not yet condensed.
