After I took possession of the car I used the app to book the appointment and in app they called it 1 to 3.

2024年11月20日 · Rebooting the MCU often times fixes this inability to communicate with the car from the app. It has to be done pretty regularly on these older cars as compared with the new ones, unfortunately.
