Right turning cars never stop for V crassing a street on a green traffic light (you always should wait for npc pedestrian to walk first) and left turning cars never wait for V comming from ahead, they simply do their turn and for that the almost always reduce the speed to walking speed it seems.

2022年5月23日 · The vehicule unlocks depend on your Street Cred. Most cars only unlock when you reach a certain level of Street Cred. The Mizutani Shion unlocks at Street Cred 30 for example. Once you reach that threashold, you have to walk/drive in the district of Night City where the Fixer who sells you this car resides.

2020年12月17日 · This is exactly the case with Cars in Cyberpunk 2077, and why it feels like bikes handle better. Because the "outside of the circle" is much closer to the center. So yeah, cars in CP2077 don't handle like cars but spinning records. Which is why they handle wonkily especially if you drive a car in real life.
