2021年1月4日 · Ok I'm one of those people who actually kind of like the x-ray feature, but for some reason the movie Dead Poets Society (1989) is not showing X-Ray details simultaneously in-line with the video. I can only view all. Although previously working, it is currently not detecting corresponding scenes to show cast and trivia.

2024年1月14日 · I use both the web version and the mobile app. In both cases, the Xray screen is still on there even DURING playback, and I can't get rid of it. I've tried clicking the arrow button, I've tried restarting, I've tried clearing cookies and cache, this is definitely an Amazon problem. All I want is to enjoy my show, any help?
