Meet Airlander. Airlander uses a combination of proven aerospace technologies from a mixture of traditional cylindrical airships such as its non-rigid inflatable hull made from composite flexible structural material and using helium as the lifting gas.

Airlander 10 brings together payload and endurance to deliver results. Coupled with minimal infrastructure requirements and a highly customisable payload module, this is an aircraft that changes perspectives on what is possible in aviation.

The production standard Airlander 10 has a new forward propulsion system, including unducted propulsors. This new system provides considerably more vectored thrust control, aiding the pilot during take-off and landing. The unducted propulsors also mean a reduction in weight and less drag in flight. The production aircraft will deliver more than just the capability and maintainability customers expect from Airlander technology. It will also deliver increased efficiency, with the Airlander 10 producing up to 75% fewer emissions than comparable aircraft.

Airlander offers a low emissions air mobility option that connects cities without the need for the substantial infrastructure of traditional transport. From 2028 Airlander will transport up to 100 passengers on short haul journeys, with 90% fewer emissions.
