2022年1月3日 · It doesn't have to be scathing (and its better if its not emotional) but the community works best if reviews are honest. You can choose to leave private feedback instead of public and a neutral review, low star scores and a non-committal review, etc. It really depends on the situation. Leaving good reviews for bad stays helps no one.

If both host and guest leave a review, both reviews will be published as soon as both are submitted. If only one party leaves a review, that review will be published at the end of the 14 day review period.

2017年8月8日 · Hi, this must have changed since this was posted, becuase now there is now option for reviews by you.... just reviews from huests and reviews from hosts. I can't find the reviews that I wrote for guests. Airbnb must no longer support that funtion on their host dashbord/profile pages.

2019年5月22日 · I received a 3-star rating and a 4-star rating out of my first 4 reviews, over a year later I have received over 140 5 star reviews and three 4 star reviews and my rating is still below a five. I know at one point I had over 20 straight 5 star reviews before my rating went up a point then received a 4-star rating and had it go down two points.

2018年12月4日 · I agree with your thinking but do feel that Airbnb should be explaining this to guests when they request ratings. I have requested this of Airbnb. Maybe this is why i got a 3 star rating from a guest who was happy with everything. I also think it would be good if hosts could see how we are rated from guests.

I think Airbnb should work harder to help hosts out with reviews like this. Suggest an option to verify issues using photos, video walk-throughs, a live Facetime call at the property to verify the inaccuracies in question. Has anyone else had issues like this and wished Airbnb could do better? Provide constructive suggestions please.

2024年12月5日 · Unfortunately, AirBnB is slow to act when it comes to removing low-rated properties and hosts, but it does happen. Please don't let this one experience ruin your options with using AirBnB. There are plenty of fantastic hosts and properties out there. Just read reviews and choose accordingly.
