This Sim lives alone. No pets or wind chimes or music playing. Or thunder. I found the only thing that worked was to go play another Sim family then return to the original Sim. Then things seemed okay again.

I had this problem, too. It was right after the Grim Reaper Rewards and the Life & Death pack came out. I did not buy the new expansion. My Realm of Magic sim died, became a playable ghost, ate Ambrosia, and came back to life. She wouldn't stop reacting to becoming a ghost and I could barely get her to do anything, including fulfilling her needs.

2024年11月1日 · The sim who asked for mark of Edith cannot be interacted with like a regular sim and it only displays the options you would see when interacting with Edith like "try to communicate and ask for mark of Edith" when selecting try to communicate it makes the sim glitch and lose their legs to crouch down to ediths height.

2024年12月5日 · i found a temporary work around, if you have MCCC, if you select a sim and then select "autonomy commands" by clicking the world, you can turn off the "Grab Water" autonomous interaction. while you will have to do this for each individual sim, it will stop them from excessively drinking on their own. When I try to play Sim City, it says that I am not connected to the internet, even though I am connected. I have tried the Wifi, and a hardline. Neither fixes this issue. I have tried to restart my computer, refreshed my internet connection several times, restarted Origin and SimCity app to try to correct issue.

Since you can only edit 8 sim households in CAS, when you have more than 8, any over 8 get deleted so that could very well be related to whatever caused your sim to go missing. You might want to report it or ask at the MCCC Discord though as someone there may know something about it so you can avoid it happening again.
