The cap actually starts halfway behind the convention center and will extend closer to Minute Maid park.

2024年9月7日 · For having been on the inside for a while, I think the big deal is not going from 2 days to 3 days, it's that a lot of departments didn't enforce the 2 days very much at all. Now they're forced to do so and there is a lot more of oversight from the treasury board. So for many people, they're going from 0 days to 3 days, which is a bit of a shock.
