The Kitten Catastrophe Crew (also known as the Kit-tastrophe Crew) are a villainous faction of kittens owned and led by Mayor Humdinger. They live in Foggy Bottom with Mayor Humdinger and will do what they are asked, but sometimes they can be stubborn and disobey or even outsmart Mayor Humdinger.

When Mayor Humdinger tricks Katie into watching his kitties, an alarm system is set off and the PAW Patrol must rescue them. At Katie's Pet Parlor, Rubble, Chase, and Marshall are all taking a relaxing bubble bath until Mayor Humdinger arrives, earlier than Katie expected, with the Kitten Catastrophe Crew for their grooming appointment.

Back in his lair in Foggy Bottom, Mayor Humdinger devised a mischievous plan to torment Adventure Bay. He created sound-switching tags for his kittens, transforming their innocent meows into fearsome barks. With these tags, he unleashed his furry army on Adventure Bay, ready to spread chaos and alarm.
