Florida’s attorney general says his office has opened a criminal investigation into Andrew and Tristan Tate, who are charged with human trafficking in Romania.

Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate, who are charged with rape and human trafficking in Romania, have had their presence in Florida scrutinized after a travel ban against them was lifted.

"We're going to pursue every tool we have within our legal authority to hold them accountable," Attorney General James Uthmeier said.
