"Snowfall amounts are expected to be near 6 inches close to the Michigan border with lesser amounts farther south," the NWS office in northern Indiana said on X. "Much Colder air will follow with highs mostly in teens Monday through Thursday."

Portions of central and southwest Michigan are expected to get 4-6 inches of snow, while northern lower Michigan will see snow accumulations of 3-6 inches in most areas.
