Evergreen Acres Dairy farm owner Keith Schaefer faces one count of racketeering and several counts of wage theft after allegedly devising a scheme to withhold hours worked from employee paychecks.

Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison accused Evergreen Acres Dairy and owners Keith Schaefer and Megan Hill of stealing pay from their workers, most of whom are apparently unauthorized immigrants.
