美国航空初创公司Boom Supersonic研发的超音速原型机XB-1，在近日的试飞中成功突破音障，成为史上首架由民间研发的超音速飞机。“和谐”（Concorde）超音速客机在2003年停飞距今逾20年，航空界重燃对超音速客机的热情，它们被称为“和谐之子”。Boom Supersonic计划在2029底之前重新推出超音速客机服务，已取得数间航空公司的130架定单。
