It appears USA Basketball can cross one All-Star’s name of its list for the 2028 Olympics. Mavericks star Kyrie Irving said he wants to play for Team Australia and hopes to gain eligibility in time for the Los Angeles games. Irving, who was born in Melbourne, Australia, was asked about making the switch during All-Star weekend.
