2月14日，三大AMC 中国信达 、东方资产、长城资产相继公告，控股股东财政部拟通过无偿划转方式将其持有的股份划转至中央汇金。由于这一股权变更， 中国信达 和东方资产分别控股的上市券商 信达证券 、 东兴证券 也相继公告，公司的实际控制人将因此变更为中央汇金。同理，长城资产控股的长城国瑞 证券 虽然尚未公告，但其实控人也将变更为中央汇金。

1、昨日晚间，多家国有控股金融机构纷纷发布公告，部分股权将划转至中央汇金。其中，中国信达、长城资产、东方资产均是财政部控股的AMC公司。中证金融公司股东拟将所持公司66.7%股权划转至中央汇金。
