University of Houston sex assault suspect arrested hours after reward offered in student attack
Eric Latroy Brown, 40, was arrested in the East Downtown area near the intersection of Texas Avenue and St. Emanuel Street, according to a social media post by the Harris County District Attorney's Office.
Officials said someone recognized the suspect, accused of raping a student at the UH Welcome Center parking garage, while he was on the METRORail.
