The city's Community and Library Services Commission approved the design Tuesday night, despite more than 300 emails protesting the plaque.

In the plaque’s center, the words “Magical.” “Alluring,” “Galvanizing,” and “Adventurous” are stacked on top of each other to spell out the acronym “MAGA.”

KTLA-TV reported that the Huntington Beach Public Library plans to install a $7,000 bronze plaque that in part reads “Magical, Alluring, Galvanizing, Adventurous” as part of celebrations to mark the library’s 50th anniversary.
