Norfolk police are investigating a shooting at the Calvert Square housing community, or the 800 block of Wide Street. A man suffering from a gunshot wound was pronounced dead at the scene. That’s near Church Street in downtown Norfolk,

Police in Hartford have identified the victim of a homicide on Friday night. Investigators said 35-year-old Myron Meyers of Hartford died at a nearby hospital. The incident occurred right outside the American Legion Building on Main Street near Battles Street.
