Heavy rain fell across most of Southern California on Thursday, prompting evacuation warnings and orders due to fears of flooding, mudslides, and debris flows, particularly in recent burn areas.

There were 106 homes under mandatory evacuation order. The area will be limited to only residents through 2 p.m. Friday.
