BARRY COUNTY, MI — A deputy was justified to fatally shoot a Delton man, the Barry County Prosecutor’s Office said. Barry County Prosecutor Julie Nakfoor Pratt completed a review of the officer-involved shooting that happened on Oct. 28, 2024, that took the life of Jeremiah Jacob Johnson of Delton.
