Travelers at Bangor International Airport were stunned Thursday by the news of an American Airlines flight’s midair collision with a military helicopter in Washington, D.C.

Only 15 of 150 refugees who were supposed to move to Bangor over the next several months made it to the area before President Donald Trump canceled flights.
