A Georgia woman is suing the fertility clinic she used to conceive a child after the wrong embryo was implanted in her. Five months after the birth, she had to give custody of the baby back to the biological parents.

Krystena Murray of Georgia says she still wants to raise the baby boy, who she gave birth to in December 2023. She gave up the child after his biological parents demanded custody last year.
