The red pandas left Rotterdam Zoo in the Netherlands, on Dec 23 to touch down at Kolkata airport around 1.45am Wednesday. The couple left for Darjeeling at 4am after medical check-up.

Darjeeling's Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, also known as Darjeeling Zoo, has been shortlisted for a prestigious global award for its exceptional red panda conservation efforts.
