CSX is detouring well over a dozen trains daily now that the Howard Street Tunnel project is underway in Baltimore.

CLEVELAND (WJW) — Three empty railcars derailed at a Cleveland train yard on Sunday. It happened at about 4:30 p.m. at CSX’s Collinwood Yard, according to a statement from the rail company.
