It’s totally depends on your pace and style of sightseeing - as every location offers not only birds itself, but multiple educational information about them. Also there are lots of cafes, playgrounds and shows. So, I would say to explore the park in comfortable pace with stops at cafes, playgrounds etc you will need at least 3-4 hours.

There are payment machines by the entrance - you list the tickets you want, pay by card and the receipt prints off with QR codes to use on the entry barrier. You cannot buy (or couldnt in July this year - 2024) Parkhoppers so if you want ot make use of the big discounts there yo need to buy online or go to Customer Services for help.
