We arrive for a 12 hour stopover in Singapore on a Friday night. We arrive at 9pm a day intend to stay at airport hotel for ease next morning. Would Clarke Quay still have restaurants open after 10pm? Was hoping to venture out as it is my birthday.

The nature of Clarke Quay makes it family friendly, although of course it does get busier/ nosier later in the evening as the bars open etc. There is food to suit all occasions, clientele.
