There is a group in the Botanic Gardens and assuming thats why you asked specifically in this location then most sightings that Im aware of are around Swan Lake and the wetlands areas feeding it. Singapore in general does have scooters to rent. But there were none to rent in the gardens

How much it cost for a ticket for adult?
答:
The Botanic Gardens themselves are not ticketed. The National Orchid Gardens within are ticketed (5SGD per adult for permanent residents and citizens, 15SGD for visitors)
