Hi Stephanie. The whole experience is 2.5 hours. This allows for 30 minutes to check in, use bathrooms etc. 1.5 hours is the time you will spend on the bridge with your guide. There is then 30 minutes at the end so you can get out of your gear and enjoy looking at your photos ect. We don't want you to feel rushed. This time frame is also accurate even if you require the free shuttle. Hope that helps!
